We are happy to share that we have released our first round of admissions decisions for those who applied Early Decision I. As stated in a previous post, we will continue to release decisions at the end of each month, through the end of the calendar year.

Congratulations to those who were invited to join the Wake Forest Class of 2027! We are so excited to welcome you to our university.

For those of you whom have been deferred, we hope that you will find this blog post helpful when considering your next steps.

And some of you have received disappointing news from the Admissions Committee, and, while our consideration of you for admission to this term has ended, please know that we wish you only the best in finding your collegiate home.

Lastly, some of you have not received any admissions decision, and this post is for you:

While our hope was to provide an admissions decision to you, we need more time with your application. This could be because we need financial-aid documents or even first-quarter grades. As we approach the next decision release, we may reach out to you to request further information to help us complete our evaluation of your work.

Thank you so much for your interest in Wake Forest University and for all of your efforts in our admissions process.

Warmest regards,
Wake Forest University Office of Undergraduate Admissions
