Waitlist Update (7/28/25)

We write today with a final update regarding our waitlist. 

We have spent the last few months speaking with interested students and receiving their updated grades and application materials, while simultaneously monitoring opportunities for enrollment in our first-year class. This has been a busy year of waitlist activity at colleges and universities, and we have seen significant summertime movement within our first-year class. Ultimately, we are thrilled to have enrolled over 100 of those students (or approximately 6% of our incoming class) from our waitlist. We look forward to the many ways these students will contribute to our classrooms and campus community over the next four years. 

While we wish that we had additional opportunities to invite more to join our newest class, we have reached the point where the Wake Forest Class of 2029 has been finalized. No other offers of admission will be extended. 

We would again like to acknowledge and thank you for the time and effort you have devoted to our admissions process, and we wish you only the very best in your future endeavors.
