Completed Wake Forest supplement ONLY if you are using the Common Application or the Universal College Application
$50 application fee
Other application requirements:
Schedule an on-campus interview (strongly recommended); interviews are available via Skype or online for students unable to travel to campus. Contact the Admissions office at 336.758.5201 to schedule your interview. Find more details here.
Provide the Secondary School Report form [PDF] to your principal/college advisor/guidance counselor for completion
Provide the Teacher Recommendation form [PDF] to a teacher in an academic subject for completion; include a stamped envelope addressed to WFU Admissions
Provide the Mid-Year School Report form [PDF] to your principal/college advisor/guidance counselor for completion
